The lady and younger guy are great and polite. The older guy which I think is the manager is straight rude. Almost every movie we get skips unless it's one of the new releases. So don't bother with the older movies. We got the third hobbit and it did not work at all. We took it back and the older guy was there. He said since we already had for 3 days (which it was a 5 day rental) we couldn't get credit for it. The next couple days went back. Seen they had another disc out. Went home it was the same exact disc. They just threw it back on the shelf. Seriously not even worth going anymore.
The manager is amazing!! She was so helpful and friendly. Definitely going back there again.

I really like family video but for a very long time nearly all rentals would skip, they will credit you but it's still frustrating to experience.
It may seem strange to some, but a place where you can still go pick out movies and games is nice, even in the download age we live in now. I hope they can maintain their business model and remain profitable.
