went two days in a row to pay my renewal fee, walked in the door at 5:30pm (their hrs are 9-6pm monday - friday) and this was yesterday (Friday) when i walked in the door the woman said im sorry we are closed, and would not let me make my payment to renew, so then I looked on the internet for saturday hrs and it states 9-3pm, i called to make sure, I got a ladie out of Chicago office she transferred me, I was on hold for 27 mins, I hung up called back and another lady assured me that they are open and to just go up there. I did just that and no one is there, even though their hrs are 9-3. Needless to say my insurane runs out at midnight tonight, and that I went there 2 days in a row, 3 cities away from where I live to be turned away and then to a closed office. I have never dealt with such BS in my life. I cannot understand how this company gets away with this. Im getting in contact with better business burough, and possibly a lawyer if they do not get this right. I have to illegally drive with no insurance after midnight tonight because of this company. something just doesnt seem right, I make my payment on time everytime its due, to make sure I do not drive without insurance. do yourself a favor and steer clear of insure one
