They are very terrible they refused to move my stuff they said they're not a moving company but yet I'm paying on it and I asked him well what if we move it and it gets damaged he said were still reliable for it I told him to come to get it I said it's no way I can move it just your rudeness terrible customer service misrepresented themselves I have it on the voicemail so I'm going to look into that.
The employees at this location cannot get my auto payment right. It's been about 5 or 6 times that my husband and I have asked them to take double payments bi weekly on our payday. Talking to an employee there is like talking to a wall! NEVER AGAIN - AVOID this place - they show no concern about you as a customer!

This company can not manage to get anyone's auto pay correct. As you can see/read I'm not the only costomer who feels this way. As well as there GM thinking no one is above him and refusing to give my wife a contact number for a formal complaint! He further more hung up on her! Their employees lack communication and documentation of communication with their costomers! They lack all aspects of good customer service! It's unreal to me that can treat someone with such disrespect. They have cost my wife $64.00 in overdraft fees due to their lack of communication especially being after she verbally told them to remove her debit card from our account! Unreal!
