ID LOVE TO HEAR FROM AN AREA OR REGIONAL MANAGER!
My relative bought a tv there and told them upon purchasing she wanted a smart tv. They sold her a Polaroid tv which ous obviously not a smart tv. I happen to be stopping by her house to visit to check out the new appliances and her "alleged" smart tv and its neither. Outside of her 30 day receipt of purchase policy now she's stuck with a television she doesn't want.. she's not tech savvy to say the least so she was taken advantage of.
WHERE THE BLUE LIGHT SPECIAL SHOULD BE UNPROFESSIONAL, SLOW, AND ALL AROUND TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Don't shop here. Worst COSTOMER services ever. Most unhelpful. Was trying to exchange pants for kids to get the right size. Was a gift. No receipt and no way to get one. So was told no exchange. All because they got lazy about inputting inventory. No wonder they are going out of business.
Doesn't mean it's a bad place to shop at tho.
ONE IN ROCK ISLAND DOWN
Purchased an item wouldn't fit. My husband tried to return it. Since it was paid for on my credit card they said I would have to return it. Since I was sick & already handicapped it took a couple more days to get back. When I came back I couldn't find the receipt so they looked it up on computer & found the transaction with my credit card number. They told me that the return date was expired by 2 days they could not return the item. I told her what had happened. The worker even told her that she remembered talking to him. She was told by worker they had found the transaction in computer & the item was on the receipt and credit card matched. She said corporate wouldn't let them do the refund. I had worked retail for 18yrs. I asked about store credit. She said no. I asked for corporate number she gave it to me. I went to my van and called them. They informed me that they had nothing to do with store level returns. That was up to manager. So I am now stuck with set of van seat covers that don't fit my van. I had also told her that part of the reason we hadn't returned them was that both of my parents recently. Dad on May 26th and Mom on June 26th. I spent about $175 in products that day and told Manager I wouldn't be back & I haven't been nor will I ever be.
It cost me a star to make this post/complaint

I will not ever do ANY holiday shopping here again! as a company you should be disappointed in your employees for not explaining your "new or updated" exchange/refund or return policy to your loyal customers. TINA IS BY FAR NOT ANY MATERIAL FOR MANAGEMENT! IF YOU WANT TO SPEND AN HOUR IN THE STORE FOR A SIMPLE EXCHANGE no money transaction no nothing! JUST AN EXCHANGE! HEAD TO YOUR MOLINE KMART!
THIS STORE/OR LOCATION IS A PRIME EXAMPLE OF WHY THERE IS ONE KMART LEFT IN OUR AREA. HOPE YOUR THE NEXT TO!

This Kmart is the only one around our area after all the others closed! Very helpful staff always saying hi and if they can help you find anything! Store could be a little cleaner near the garden or seasonal area! Other than that good place
