My absolute favorite place to have lunch! The staff are wonderful and friendly. The food, sublime and the price is just right.
I've visited this place a total of three times before I decided to write a review because I was sure that my first experience eating here was only so great because of the circumstances. After two consecutive visits that were just as impressive, I've decided that this may be my favorite restaurant in the entire quad cities, and that's saying a lot considering how much I enjoy food. I haven't had many different curry in my lifetime but I grew up eating it and I'd have to say it was the best curry I've ever eaten. The ingredients are fresh and the effort they put into each dish shines through.
10/10.
This place really is a great restaurant that not a lot of people know about and I will have to bring friends here I'm the future.
The food here was worth 5 stars! But I gave it a 4 because I think they could use another server or two for busy times. It was a little hectic when we went, so there was confusion about getting us sat, and then it took some time to get our orders and such taken. If we hadn't advocated for ourselves it would have taken much longer. The server seemed frazzled, but with the traffic they had I could NOT blame her. The manager needs to staff better for those busy peaks. But honestly the food was worth it. I'll just know to avoid those peak times in the future. Huge portions too! So lot's of food for the slightly higher prices.
They also have an interesting selection of alcoholic drinks and reasonable prices on a majority of their menu items.
The best Thai/Asian food I have ever eaten. Every visit to this restaurant seems to top the previous one. The staff are so nice, they want to make you feel like you are visiting them at their house. I cannot stress enough how good the food is. This is by far my favorite restaurant in the quad cities and one of my favorites restaurants anywhere. The chef must have a real passion for what he/she does because you can taste it in every bite. It is big city class and quality. The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated, clean and the crowd is nice too.
Had the pumpkin curry, which in all my travels have never seen. It was AWESOME. It's difficult to make pumpkin great and shine in some dishes and they did a great job. Service was friendly and fast. Loved it!
The first two times I ate here was in the middle of the day so I was one of the few people in the restaurant. The service was great and friendly and helpful with my questions. The food came quickly and the soup I got beforehand was also very well done. I thought that the service was so good and quick because they were slow; however I visited today at prime lunch time and the cafe was packed with very few empty tables left, and the service was still just as good as the first time. I even got my lunch in a very reasonable amount of time and the dish I got tasted exactly as good as good as it did the first time.
